Error message during scanning

When Barcode Error F appears
Please provide us with the barcode of the coffee bag (inner bag containing ground coffee powder) that you are having problem brewing via the following 2 methods:
(1) FB messenger customer service or contact us through LINE (search @idrip)
(2) Call toll free customer service hotline 0800-009-707.

When Barcode Error U appears
Please follow the steps below to resolve the problem:
(1) Make sure if the coffee machine’s scanner window is clean or if the film has been removed. If the window is smudged, please wipe it clean with a lens cleaning cloth or wet wipe.
(2) Check if the bag is hung on the machine properly (coffee bag hanging video)

If the issue is still unresolved, please try the following steps:
(1) Try another coffee bag to see if the problem persists.
(2) If the scanning process is still unsuccessful, please contact us via the following methods and we will arrange to have your coffee machined picked up and checked:

When Barcode Used appears
Since each bag can only be brewed once, please make sure that this bag has not been brewed already:
(1) Already brewed: Please replace it with a fresh coffee bag
(2) Not yet brewed: Please provide us with the barcode of the coffee bag (inner bag containing ground coffee powder) via the following 2 methods:

When Please check bag appears
Resolve the problem by following the steps below:
(1) Tear off the film on the iDrip Smart Pour Over Coffee Machine’s scanner window.
(2) Check if the bag is hung on the machine properly (coffee bag hanging video)
When Water Low Level appears
(1) For firmware versions older than 2.0.0 (such as 1.5.X, 1.6.X, or 1.7.X, etc.):
Please check if there is a sufficient amount of water in the water tank; if not, please add water until F appears on the screen.
(2) For firmware versions newer than 2.0.0 (such as 2.0.X and so on):
Please check if there is a sufficient amount of water in the water tank, if not, please add water until Water: XX °C appears on the screen.
When Recipe Data Error appears
Please contact us via the following methods and provide us with your coffee machine’s serial number:
