Coffee machine usage problems
The volume of coffee appears to be less than usual?
Each cup of iDrip coffee is configured based on the optimal recipe of champion baristas, where parameters are used to determine the water temperature and volume. If you feel that the water volume appears less than previous brews, please notify us via the following methods and provide the barcode of the coffee bag (inner bag containing ground coffee powder):

The coffee is not hot enough
While brewing coffee, the water begins to lose temperature once exposed to air. Since specialty pour-over coffee has a larger volume (approximately 15g), it loses temperature slowly; the drip coffee bag weighs about 10g, so despite the high brewing temperature, it loses temperature more quickly when exposed to air due to its relatively smaller volume. The recommended drinking temperature of specialty pour-over coffee ranges from 70°C to room temperature, creating subtle flavor variations that offer a unique drinking experience compared to conventional coffee on the market.
When you will not be using the coffee machine for a long time, or when repairs are needed
* We suggest you turn off the coffee machine’s power and remove the power cord.
* If repairs are needed, please notify us via the following methods. Please utilize the Water Drain function in the menu to drain all the water from the coffee machine’s water tank before sending it in for repairs.
